How to change the Login photo or Avatar in Ubuntu

Hi

Guys i will tell you to how to change the Avatar ,which is your login picture in Ubuntu.This is not a new idea but i just came to know it.
step 1:
Go to system>>Preference>>About me
Step 2:
Click on the photo and select the photo which you want to use it as your Avatar
Step 3:
Logout and see the change
