How to start an application in a single key / How to start an application in a keyboard shortcut

Howdy guys,
This technique may known to many of you,but to make more popular i will explain.
By this method you can start an application in just a key press,so that you wouldnt even want to look at the icon to press....
1.Make a shortcut on any where
2.take the shortcut's properties and there is option to give shortcut ,then press the key or key combination
3.Done.Now you just press the key combination and hurray the application start
